What is a duvet cover?
Analogy: a duvet is to duvet cover as pillow is to pillowcase. Similar to a comforter but removable and easier to clean. Can also be used without a duvet insert like a normal flat sheet. Quickly and easily change the look of your bedroom without having to completely redecorate.
Can we mix and match colors?
You can purchase the pillowslips and duvet cover separately or as a set. 
How do I place an order?
All orders will be done through our website. To confirm if an order has been processed, you will be sent an Order Confirmation through email. If you want a particular item and it’s sold out, shoot us an email through hello@lino.ph and we’ll let you know if or when it will be back in stock!
What fabric and materials do you use for your products?
Lino pieces are made from classic textiles such as linen, cotton, and satin. We also give utmost importance in using recycled and sustainable materials.
Where are your products made?
Our products are proudly and thoughtfully designed and homesewn in the Philippines in our humble little shop.
Do you have an actual shop I can visit?
We run our business only through our website as of the moment. You can follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates!  
What are your modes of payment?
We accept credit card/debit card payments through Paypal, and bank deposits or online transfer through BPI and BDO. We also accept payments via LBC Remittance. 
When can I expect my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Please allow us 1-2 weeks to ship the item/s after confirmation and full payment. We are a small business using local production. Thanks for your support and patience, while we do our little happy dance!
Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What is your courier and how much does shipping cost?
Orders within the Philippines are sent through our shipping partner, Ninja Van. You can expect to receive your orders within 2-5 business days from shipment. Shipping rates vary depending on the size of the shipment. Shipping rate starts with Php 160.00 and increases depending on the weight of the item.
Track your order through Ninja Van. You will also receive a shipping confirmation through email once the shipment has been completed. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before you begin to track your order.
However, if you want to receive your package immediately, we can use Grab Express or Lalamove where rates may vary.
Do you accept international orders?
We only ship in the Philippines, as of now, but stay tuned!
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes won’t be allowed after placing an order. Please be sure and double check your order before hitting the checkout button!
Can I return my order?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Although, we'll gladly exchange your item/s—if damaged or incorrect upon receiving your order—within seven (7) business days. Item/s must be returned unused and in their original packaging with tags still attached. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order. We got you!
Do you accept customization?
If you need a different size or want to add something extra to your order or create a special design or set for your event or giveaway, let us know! Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for custom orders so we can make it exactly how you want it.
